We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and subtraction of any associated shipping changes. Promotional discounted shipping or free shipping will not apply to refunds. We must receive the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Items not received in same condition will have additional restock fees to recover the cost of returning the item to resalable condition. Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.

Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 10 days of receipt.
